Fastighet is project of two residential buildings with parking. A large apartment block right next to the nice city park Vårbergstoppen. It is divided into two properties. In total, the project comprises approximately 300 apartments of varying sizes from 1-4 rooms and a kitchen with an underground garage.

Products: Concrete walls (massive and half-sendwich), covering slabs (massive and filigree slabs), concrete columns, balconies.
Works: Designing, production, delivery and assembly.
