Residential block Trubaduren, Stockholm, Sweden

Trubaduren is a multi-storey residential block in Solna, near Stockholm. It consists of nine blocks, or three buildings, the tallest of which is 11 stories high, and has an underground car park on two levels. Skonto Prefab contribution to this project was the design, manufacturing and installation of reinforced concrete and steel structural elements. The company was in charge of solid walls, columns, balconies, beams, hollow ceiling panels, filigree panels, metal structures and stair elements. To turn the architect's vision into real construction, several technical nuances was successfully resolved, such as the way to transmit the load from the five-story cantilever structures to the ground.
