SKONTO PREFAB provides a full scope of high quality building services, including full designing, manufacturing, well-considered logistics management and a complete assembly package of prefabricated concrete, steel and cross laminated timber constructions in Scandinavia and Western Europe.
SKONTO PREFAB specializes in structural concrete and CLT solutions for residential and non-residential buildings and has successfully completed a number of public, commercial and residential projects in Stockholm, Malmö, Norrköping, Linköping, Nyköping, Ystad, Gävle, Örebro and several other locations.

SKONTO PREFAB is located only 20 km from the Riga port, so the delivery of our products is fast and reliable. We produce the highest quality concrete and our production is certificated according to the Scandinavian standards. We test all of our products in our laboratory.

The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification system and FSC®policy
By implementing and maintaining "The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification" and FSC® systems, SIA “SKONTO PREFAB” undertakes to ensure compliance with the core values of "The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification" policy, FSC® “Policy for Association”, as well as confirms that the company will not be directly or indirectly involved in the activities listed below and will not be engaged in cooperation with wood suppliers that are directly or indirectly involved in the following activities:
- Illegal logging of forests, without harvest permits etc.;
- Timber harvesting within conflict areas (conflict timber);
- Violations of traditional human rights and customary within forestry works;
- Inappropriate or careless attitude to nature values within forestry works;
- Significant deforestation, thus rapidly reducing forest areas;
- Conversion of natural forest cover;
- Non-provision of forest restoration;
- Use of genetically modified organisms within forestry works;
- Significant violation of any rule set by the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (1998);
- Destruction of High Conservation Values* (HCVs) in forests or High Conservation Value areas.
